The personal data may include personal details and contact details related to the parent/guardian/carer and the child/client. All data is stored following ethical guidelines and requirements by the professional bodies and my profession. Most personal records are stored for at least 7 years of me working with you and/or your family. All data is stored on password protected devices / cloud storage, and your name is stored in my Gmail diary or a diary app to best aid my systems if you schedule an appointment. I do not share your personal data with any third parties.
Personal information will be shared following ethical guidelines when/if needed with the individual themselves and also with other organisations. When this is necessary, I will comply with all aspects of the Data Protection Act.
The following are some of the organisations I may need to share some of the personal information I process. The information sharing may involve personal information about the client, employees, complainants and enquirers, suppliers, advisers and other professional experts. Such as professional advisers; family, associates and representatives of the person whose personal data I am processing; financial organisations; service providers.
Social Media platforms:
I operate social media platforms. In many cases, these are operated outside the UK and the EU and do not comply with current data protection / GDPR, although they may conform to the U.S privacy protocols. It is my process that any personally identifiable data collected on these platforms is only in response to users interacting in their interest with any of my marketing material or page. The contact is deemed as a legitimate business enquiry and the personal contact data is removed from the site once the enquiry is processes or the user has requested so.
