The following are some of the organisations I may need to share some of the personal information I process. The information sharing may involve personal information about the client, employees, complainants and enquirers, suppliers, advisers and other professional experts. Such as professional advisers; family, associates and representatives of the person whose personal data I am processing; financial organisations; service providers.

Social Media platforms:

I operate social media platforms. In many cases, these are operated outside the UK and the EU and do not comply with current data protection / GDPR, although they may conform to the U.S privacy protocols.  It is my process that any personally identifiable data collected on these platforms is only in response to users interacting in their interest with any of my marketing material or page.  The contact is deemed as a legitimate business enquiry and the personal contact data is removed from the site once the enquiry is processes or the user has requested so.

Your rights in respect of your personal information:

• The right to be informed about the collection and use of your personal information;

• The right of access to your information to verify the legality of its use;

• The right to request that any inaccurate or incomplete information about you is rectified;

• The right to request the removal / deletion of your personal information if there is no reason for me to hold it (outside of the time limits explicit by ethical code and guidance), such as you withdraw your consent or it has been over 7 years since I no longer provide your children with services;

• The right to restrict the use of your information;

• The right to obtain and reuse the information that I have about you for your own purposes;

• The right to object to certain uses, such as for marketing purposes; and

• The right not to be subject to a decision that has a legal effect on you that has been based on an automated decision.
